Controller

TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808, registered in England and Wales, is the controller for personal data processed through the public EnteleSCAN website unless a separate service agreement identifies another controller or processor role. Data we may process

• Contact details, organisation, role and correspondence where you contact or collaborate with us.
• Validator expression-of-interest information such as jurisdiction, infrastructure experience and hardware information where voluntarily submitted.
• Wallet addresses, contract addresses, transaction hashes or other public blockchain identifiers supplied to explorer/search functions. These identifiers may be personal data where they can be linked to an identifiable individual.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, request metadata, rate-limit events and service/security logs.
• Essential interface or preference information stored in the browser where necessary for site functionality.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to provide and secure the public explorer, respond to enquiries, evaluate validator or ecosystem collaboration requests, take steps before entering a contract, maintain technical and security records, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on context, lawful bases may include legitimate interests, steps before contract, contract, legal obligation and consent where required.

Public blockchain information

Blockchain records are generally public and may be replicated independently of EnteleSCAN. EnteleSCAN cannot erase or alter data recorded on an underlying public blockchain. Where we control off-chain labels, contact records, analytics or application data, applicable data-protection rights remain subject to the relevant law and the technical/legal nature of the data.

Infrastructure and third parties

Core production chain-data resolution uses server-side Ethereum JSON-RPC. External explorers may be used for user-facing links. Hosting, RPC, security, communications and professional-service providers may process technical data where necessary. The SOVRA AI Advisor has its own privacy notice linked from the advisor interface. EnteleSCAN does not use Google Translate as its authorised localisation method.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA and applicable law requires safeguards, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism must be used.

Retention

Contact, validator, collaboration and security data is retained only for the enquiry, evaluation, contractual, governance, security, legal or dispute period reasonably required. Transient explorer queries are not intentionally converted into persistent personal profiles merely because a user searches a public blockchain identifier.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is relied upon. Contact team@entelescan.com. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; EU/EEA users may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Automated decisions

Explorer labels, analytics, risk indicators or derived technical classifications are not intended to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
