Development-stage platform

EnteleSCAN is an active-development explorer, analytics and observability platform. Features, APIs, data providers, labels and network coverage may change. Research-phase status labels describe development state and are not operational-performance guarantees.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform unlawfully, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with availability, submit malicious requests, attempt unauthorised access, scrape in breach of applicable limits or rights, or misrepresent EnteleSCAN data as an official certification, regulatory determination or guaranteed statement of ownership.

Blockchain data and finality

Displayed chain information may be obtained from configured JSON-RPC providers, public blockchain data and external explorer links. Data can be delayed, incomplete, reorganised, unavailable or interpreted differently by upstream systems. A displayed transaction, confirmation count, balance, supply figure, token label or timestamp does not itself guarantee legal ownership, economic finality, irreversibility, free transferability or absence of contract restrictions.

Fail-closed data availability

Where authoritative chain data cannot be resolved, EnteleSCAN is designed to return an unavailable or limited state rather than deliberately describing failed or stale upstream data as live. This safety behaviour does not eliminate upstream, software, network or interpretation risk.

No regulated service or advice

EnteleSCAN does not provide custody, exchange execution, brokerage, payment services, deposit taking, investment management or financial advice. Token and protocol information is supplied for observability and technical transparency. Participation in any token sale or other financial arrangement is governed by the separate terms of the responsible service or issuer.

API and automated access

API or automated access is subject to documented technical limits, security controls and provider constraints. We may restrict or suspend abusive, unsafe or disproportionately burdensome traffic. Production integrations should implement their own validation, retries, provenance checks and failure handling.

Intellectual property

EnteleSCAN branding, documentation and project software are owned by or licensed to the relevant TVK Group entity or project owner unless otherwise stated. Third-party blockchain protocols, libraries, data and trademarks remain subject to their own rights and licences.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, EnteleSCAN is provided without a guarantee that explorer or API information is suitable as the sole source for investment, accounting, legal, compliance, custody, settlement or other consequential decisions.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply despite that choice.
